Looking at Homes Online VS in Person

We all do it! We jump online and browse our favorite home searching site, Oohing and Ahhing over the beautiful homes. However there is nothing like actually getting out and seeing homes in person. A home that looks large online can seem much smaller in person and one of the biggest things when looking at a home is smell and neighborhood. There is no way to know of those things with out getting out and seeing the home in person.
 

Here is some tips from the experts.
  • Never get to attached to a home you have only seen online.
  • Find a good realtor to help find you a home! A realtor knows the area, neighborhoods, and can keep you on the right track to help you find the home that will be a good fit for you and your family. 
  • Be patient, looking for that perfect home can take time!
