I was born in San Francisco and later moved to Daly City, CA where I began my real estate career in 1988. I began my journey at Century 21, where I received numerous awards over the years for top listing and selling agent, as well as regional awards. I eventually became the firm's top agent. I made the change to Coldwell Banker in 1995 to join a team specializing in short sales and bank-owned properties. Over the next 5 years our team was highly productive and recognized by the mayor of San Francisco, in 1999, with an official proclamation for our contributions to the real estate industry.
My family and I moved to Idaho in 2000 with the idea of living life at a slower pace. What was originally just going to be a vacation home, turned into a permanent residence. We now take pleasure in the many outdoor activities and beautiful scenery Idaho has to offer. I enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, outdoor photography and clay target sports, such as trap skeet and sporting clays. I am also a past President and lifetime member of the Pacific Rod and Gun Club in San Francisco, CA.
I have been in the real estate industry for over 27 years and have experience in nearly every aspect, including residential, new homes, development land, commercial, mixed use properties, farm & ranch, short sales, foreclosures, probate and trust sales. I have a track record of problem solving and closing difficult transactions. Many of my friends today are past clients, and I view each as someone I will potentially have a long term working relationship with. No matter what your real estate needs are, I can assist you with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed.
